Yoga therapy is a holistic modality that aligns and synchronizes the subtle anatomy and physiology on the physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.

REIKI is a japanese technique in which life force energy is channeled to reduce stress, increase relaxation and promote healing.

I offer personally tailored yoga therapy and healing arts sessions that incorporate appropriate, adaptive yoga postures, breathing, guided meditation, acupressure and ancestral healing practices to unlock physical and emotional healing, address trauma, addiction, and burnout, cultivate overall balance, and generate momentum to move through major blockages and transformations.

I incorporate Hatha and Kundalini yoga and multiple styles of meditation as well as Reiki. This practice builds on yoga therapy training, Level 2 Reiki attunement, eighteen years of yoga and meditation practice, 800+ hours of yoga and meditation teacher training in Hatha, Vinyasa and Kundalini Yoga, Buddhist meditation, and numerous other trauma-sensitive somatic practices and techniques.
