As soon as you’ve signed your coaching package agreement, please schedule out ALL of your sessions here. this is in order to hold a tight container for the work we’re doing, and to make sure your schedule doesn’t enable resistance.
(Don’t worry! we can always reschedule if something comes up. please give me at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling unless it’s a true emergency).
