Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.

-The Bhagavad Gita

Trained in multiple lineages of yoga and meditation, I approach teaching with deep reverence for the many paths of practice I have been blessed to receive.

My yoga and meditation instruction draws on twenty years of practice, over a decade of teaching, and over 800 hours of training in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Kundalini yoga, Buddhist meditation, and numerous other trauma-sensitive somatic practices and techniques, and integrates ancestral practices from my own Eastern European Jewish lineage.

I have been teaching since 2012, and have completed teaching certifications in the Dharma Yoga lineage at Brooklyn Yoga School; Vinyasa flow at Urban Flow in San Francisco; Kundalini Yoga at Studio Pachamama/Temple of Steel in Brooklyn; Yoga for Twelve Step Recovery with Nikki Myers; Prenatal Yoga; Secular Buddhist meditation at the Interdependence Project and Tibetan Buddhist meditation at the Three Jewels in NYC. My meditation and movement practices incorporate all of these practices into an intuitive flow of motion and stillness.

Accessible to all levels, my classes are designed to challenge habitual patterns while cultivating awareness, resilience, and joy. I currently teach locally and remotely from Catskill, NY. Inquire for details.
